For every shipment, an unboxing video and photos of the order from package opening is a must to claim any transit damage/loss/replacement.
Return and Refund Policy
- Our return policy is applicable only for prepaid orders and is valid for 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot honor your return if it exceeds 7 days from your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We strongly urge you to try the product as per the recommended guidelines. You have to follow all the guidelines which are provided by us. If they follow it properly then we give you a return or refund policy.
- The company will attend the refund of the UNOPENED package, which means seal not broken which is received within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will be sending the product back to us at your cost, and we compel you to use a reliable shipping method (Delivery, FedEx, DTDC etc) to do so.
- The unopened product is defined as a box which has all the pouches & the bottle intact and the company seal in place.
- Returns of unused product within 7 days from the date of delivery will receive a tiered refund based on the state of the return. For e.g., one box opened, another is intact.
- Once the return has been inspected & certified as acceptable, a refund will be provided via bank transfer and may take up to 30 working days to reflect your account.
